The apartment was very clean confortable. They give some pastry for 1-2 breakfast and 8 nespresso capsules + 1/2 liter of milk. The apartment is well situated, the bus i right in front and it gets you to the center and the coliseum. The metro line A is at 5min walk and it gets you to the vatican very fast. The manager was very helpfull and answered our questions fast. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend.

El apartamento está muy limpio, tiene todas las comodidades, Netflix , Alexa, aire acondicionado en la habitación y en la cocina. Está muy alejado del centro, está bien comunicado, a 5 min de una boca de metro, hay una parada de autobús, justo abajo del edificio, que te lleva al coliseo etc. Te deja café, algunos bollos para desayunar, leche,agua.
Los vecinos de arriba muy ruidosos, por la noche a las cuatro de la mañana los escuchabas andar. la lavadora te cobra 5€ por lavado y no cabe apenas nada en el tambor y el lavado que te dice/ recomienda que gastes es el expres, que no limpia muy bien la ropa, cuando acaba el lavado te la desconecta remotamente.

Tout était parfait. Le propriétaire était très aimable ; nous sommes arrivés tard, merci pour votre patience. L'appartement est conçu avec soin, jusque dans les moindres détails, des chargeurs pour tous vos appareils électroniques aux capsules pour la cafetière et au lait dans le réfrigérateur. Il est équipé de toute la technologie nécessaire pour des vacances; tout y est, il serait plus simple de décrire ce qui manque. Tout fonctionne et la propreté est impeccable. Il y a un charmant petit balcon. Côté emplacement : l'arrêt de bus est à 5 mètres de l'immeuble, la station de métro est à 5 minutes à pied, et il y a un excellent supermarché et un centre commercial à proximité. Un grand merci pour votre accueil, et j'espère vous revoir bientôt.

Die FeWo hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Bus zur Basilika San Giovanni in Lateran und zum Kolosseum (Bus 87) fährt fast vor der Haustür und es sind auch nur 100 m zum Bus, der zum Circus Maximus (Bus 628) und durch die ganze Stadt zum Olympiastadion fährt. Zur Metro ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Außerdem kann man problemlos bis in die Stadt laufen. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt Carrefour mit großer Auswahl. Positiv war auch, daß der Vermieter immer über WhatsApp erreichbar war.
Zuerst ein Hinweis für alle, die Wäsche waschen möchten. Die Waschmaschine kostet pro Waschgang 5€ extra und der Strom wird online vom Vermieter angeschalten. Man bekommt den Hinweis, das "30 min-Programm" zu nutzen!
Die Küche ist mit vielen zusätzlichen Geräten ausgestattet, aber das Wesentliche fehlt! Es gibt nur einen kleinen Topf, man kann somit nichts kochen. Der auf den Fotos sichtbare Backofen ist auch nicht nutzbar, da er außer Betrieb ist. Dazu gab es auch bei der Einweisung keinen Hinweis.
Zum Abschluß noch ein Hinweis an den Vermieter. Wir wurden mehrfach nach der genauen Ankunftszeit gefragt und waren genau pünktlich da. Wieso müssen wir dann bei 40C noch über 20 min in der Sonne warten???
