This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is big enough for the whole family! * When you arrive at the home you will enter in through the garage, walk straight ahead to the grey door and into the house. Immediately on your left there is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer. * Through the entry way on the bottom floor there is a living room area with a 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom off of it. * Bedroom 1 has 2 twin/twin size bunk beds * Bedroom 2 has a full size bed. * If you go back to where you entered the home immediately on the right there is a staircase leading you to the second floor where there is a large open concept living room, dinning room and kitchen. * When you go down the hallway there is a full bathroom on your right followed by a queen size master bedroom (with a full bathroom), this bedroom also has a balcony. The next bedroom off the hallway is on the left with a queen size bed followed by the last bedroom at the end of the hallway with another queen size bed. * Off of the dining room there is a large porch with a grill and outdoor table and chairs. * Down the stairs off of this porch will lead you to the fire pit and a small tree house for the kids to play. * On the first level (the level you walk into the house on) next to the bathroom is a door that leads you outside to the hot tub! The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening.
