We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very classy, elegant, and exceptionally neat and clean. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the night manager, Sunnykant Mishra and Afjal, who was very generous, professional, and genuinely helpful. His excellent service made our stay even more comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, with great taste and quality. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to visiting again!

Room and sheets reasonably clean. Floor and bathroom very clean
No attention to detail. Key inserting slot fell down every time I inserted the key. Very dirty behind the TV (yuck).
