The room cleanliness deserves an 8/10, while the hotel's proximity to the various places we visited was excellent, earning a 10/10. As for breakfast, I would have appreciated a wider variety of options to choose from.
My children loved their stay, and honestly, that says it all. I have no major complaints.

Checked in at 2am. Basically just slept. Didn't experience the continental breakfast. Check in and check out were fast and convenient. Staff were great!
Decor felt cold and uninviting. The scent of the bathroom toiletries are also far too overpowering (to the point that they caused a migraine).

The location is really nice
The bed sheets were not fresh

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. Communication via email was excellent and timely. The room was a good size and the kitchen was more than expected. The bed was comfortable.
The rug in the room was nasty, worn, frayed and dingy. The bathroom was small and not as clean it should have been. The towels were thin. I could hear every word my neighbour said in the morning in the bathroom vent as I was taking a shower. It was super disconcerting. The pricing gouge for Nuit Blanche was not appreciated either.

"The room was fantastic and the bed was really big and comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a big fridge and dish washer"
