Its very close to the downtown core

It was ok but I won’t be recommending the hotel

The room was nice and clean

Temperature controls weren’t great and the room stayed warm. Beds were too soft. The parking garage was too short for my vehicle and the price of parking was disproportionate to the garage.

It was very nice and new. Only downside, the elevators broke and we were on the 9th floor, but by morning, they were fixed.

Quiet hotel in the heart of the city!

The staff were absolutely amazing and have been such a pleasure to meet with. The helped me with my rooming situation since I booked an extra night stay to come up a day early and they helped me with that!. Ashima was such a big help and was the best part of the stay! Always smiling and easily answered my questions !

It's not even anything on the hotel but with the heat on the first two nights of my stay, a lack of pool was a problem but honestly a miniscule issue since my room had a good a/c cooling!

I enjoyed my stay and will be back…it was clean, convenient and comfy!

I liked the location as I was going to the Bluesfest and I could walk there and back..the room was on the small side but very clean and the bed was super comfortable…a suggestion would be to put some spoons and coffee creamer in the room for the coffee machine…I had only sugar and coffee pods..maybe some decaf pods as well. All in all it was quiet and comfy..the staff was also very friendly…I would use this hotel again.

Better somewhere else.

Location

The sofa bed when we pulled it out had dirty sheets on it. The mattress was dirty and there were empty coke bottles and chip packets in the cavity. The bed was also broken. Our child therefore slept with us in the double bed. Our bedside table had dried ketchup on it.

We really enjoyed our trip to Ottawa and our comfortable stay at Holiday Inn. Thank you all!

Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we got a very good room service. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came for an appointment at one of the embassies as well as for a school march break. The location of the hotel was in a walking distance from the embassy, very convenient. We walked to the Parliament building and several other touristic locations.

No complains.

Great place to stay, very walkable to many attractions, clean and quiet.

Great location near the Lyon bus and train station. Very quiet and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great, super friendly and efficient staff.

We had no issues.

Up to date interior in the suite. Elegant. Hallways were bright and well maintained Restaurant was open and the food was good.

Breakfast was not included Location.....a bit far from downtown but close to Parliament Hill
