We had a great experience staying at this apartment right in the centre of Madrid. The location was perfect — walking distance to most of the major tourist spots, which made exploring the city so easy for our family.
The hosts were very understanding and accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than planned, and they kindly allowed us to check in without any issues. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The rooms stayed cool throughout the day, which was a lifesaver after walking around in the summer heat — it was so nice to come back and cool down.
They were also incredibly understanding when we unfortunately misplaced the keys. Their patience and support really made a stressful moment much easier.
Overall, a great stay — comfortable place, excellent location, and genuinely kind hosts. Highly recommend.

Me hospedé con mi hija en este apartamento con buena ubicación , detrás del Hotel Riu en Plaza España. El apartamento era cómodo y limpio, con aire acondicionado en la sala y un sofá cama para dormir 1 adulto , y dentro de la pequeña habitación una cama doble para 2 también con aire acondicionado . El baño era amplio y bonito, pero no había jabón para bañarse. Una pequeña cocina con lo necesario. Hay elevador aunque debes subir unos 5-6 escalones cargando las maletas para poder tomar el elevador en el entrepiso. En la sala había un balcón el cual no se puedes utilizar ya que allí estaba el compresor del aire acondicionado.
No me gustó que te venden la idea de que estarás alojado en un apartamento con balcón el cual no puedes utilizar porque allí ubican el compresor del aire, deberían hacer mención de esto en su publicación . Los apartamentos con balcón son más caros que los que no tienen así que pagas más por algo que no utilizas.
Un vecino del edificio (creo que el apartamento justo de arriba) estaba haciendo remodelaciones y el ruido era ensordecedor , era como si estuvieran demoliendo paredes, no se podía descansar ni 5 minutos durante el día .
Por todas estas incomodidades el precio del alquiler me pareció excesivo. Se lo comuniqué al host pensando la posibilidad de que ofreciera alguna compensación pero no fue así, solo recibí una disculpa de su parte por los inconvenientes .
