Chalet was big and comfortable. The facilities were good.
Chalet was a bit run down. Damaged fencing on the deck and the area for the hot tub was dirty.
We also had an issue with the boiler not working.

Il y a des choses qui ne sont pas entretenu ,un manque d entretien.

la vue du salon etait magnifique. Enfin un frigo assez grand pour contenir toute la nourriture.
Les escaliers exterieurs étaient en glace et nous n avons pas eu rien pour les déglacer meme apres un appel fait sur reserver.ca

Location was good. Entry to living room was inviting, very nice view, added touch with Christmas tree!
Place requires a ton of maintenance (all communicated via portal). Needs an overall refresh as its outdated. Would be nice to have a king size bed on the main floor. With less furniture, one can be added. There were mice traps in kitchen which was not appealing. We also heard them crawling on floors and walls , created restless nights. Dishwasher is away from sink which becomes a slip hazard with water being trekked between the two
