The location was great. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Great kitchen and lovely living room

We enjoyed the comfort and ambience of this well appointed apartment. We appreciated the lovely flowers and welcome basket with fruit and coffee and shortbread! It was an easy walk to the apartment from the center of Edinburgh. The views from both the front of the apartment and the back of the apartment were pleasant. We were on a quiet street so traffic noise wasn’t a problem. There was a bar next-door which we enjoyed patronizing and we never had any complaints about late night, music or conversation.
There was not a coffee maker of any kind in the apartment when we arrived, despite the wonderful welcoming basket with a bag of coffee in it! We checked it on a Saturday and initially the response from staff was that we could have a coffee maker sometime on Sunday. I requested that we have one no later than early Sunday morning and in fact, one was delivered by Saturday evening. We struggled with the induction cooktop a bit. I think a manual in the apartment might’ve helped. In the end between the Internet and staff we got it figured out.

It’s stunning, it’s cosy, comfortable, warm. All fittings & fixtures were fantastic quality. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the corner bath. A nice touch with the fresh flowers and fruits. The location was also perfect, just 15-20 minutes walk from Waverley Station, yet in a quiet residential location. Which is also a 15 minute walk to a large Tesco supermarket. I visit Edinburgh often & will always try and stay here moving forward.
There were a few bits that could have been provided, for example a dish sponge for washing up & kitchen roll. But that’s me being very picky.
