The location of the flat is superb, 10 minutes walk from York City centre and in an area with a fab pub, great butcher, coffee shops, post office, cute gifts shop etc.
The flat has 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuites, as well as a third toilet room in the entrance. The beds are really comfy and there are large TVs in every bedroom too!
The large open lounge, kitchen diner is cosy with a beautiful amount of light coming in from the bay window.
The flat could do with a deep clean. The showers have mould on them and some corners of the bathrooms are rather dirty if you look closely.
The water pressure is poor, so two people can't shower at once.
The kitchen needs TLC with a broken floor (which catches on your feet), badly scratched rusting frying pans that are unusable, the new frying pan doesn't work on the convection hob, the baking trays have rust on them and the dishwasher doesn't clean properly (does it need cleaning itself?). Again, it all looks clean on the surface, but grubby inspire the cupboards & draws.
A bigger mat next to the door in the back bedroom would also be useful, as guests inevitably use that entrance to come into the flat from the parking area & it's not big enough to stand on whilst talking shoes off!

The apartment is a 20 minute walk from York Minster so very accessible to the city centre. There is a lovely deli nearby and a Spar shop where you can get anything you need. We ate each night at the Old Grey Mare pub next door, the beer was good and the food excellent!
The apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a lovely stay in the city. The parking space was very useful.

Loved the whole apartment, was clean and modern with smart LG TVs in each room which was great for watching netflix with the kids. Location is great as you are right outside a bus stop with direct route to the city centre so we took advantage of.
We had to make our own beds that I thought was a bit strange.
