I liked the fact that it was private and provided all the facilities needed to live comfortably during my stay. More specifically, access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen, bathroom, bed, desk, and porch. It was very spacious.
I think that the cleanliness could be improved. We found multiple strands of hair in the bed and noticed buildup in certain areas, implying that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I am not sure if the pillowcases were washed. Due to hair and lingering scents, I have doubts. I also think the decorative pillows should be replaced or washed, as they have picked up alot of dirt. If we must pay a cleaning fee, why is the place not clean? Guests are already expected to take out the trash, collect towels, and clean the kitchen, so I assumed the place would’ve been cleaner. Unfortunately, it’s also so far from most of tallahasee. I was not prepared to be driving 30 minutes to everything. The barrier between the main house and the room is not very secure. could be better to reduce noise for the guest

Very clean, quiet, country-like area, owners responded promptly to questions. I like outdoors. There was a small porch on front and back where I could sit outside. Walmart and Publix within 30 minutes. Had everything I needed for my stay. I only bought my food.
There didn't seem to be a thermostat for my side. It was very comfortable the first 2 days alone but 2 days when other guests arrived I froze at night. Once they left, the thermostat seemed to be raised back up. I am 69 and cold natured. It didn't affect what I liked about the apartment. If I go back in the future I'll just pack a sweater and some extra blankets to take with me.

Muy blando el colchón me levanté con dolor de espalda y cuello y no comprendo porque me disen que lave los trastes de la cocina y que saque la basura si yo pagué para que le hagan el aseo
