Unprofessional Homeowner - Uncomfortable stay

The location met my expectations, but the accommodation did NOT.

Did not enjoy the accommodation due to the home owner staying directly upstairs - booked this for a couples weekend away - felt uncomfortable and couldn't fully enjoy our stay, knowing the home owner was directly above us. Prior to the booking, we were not told the home owner would be staying at the premises. Every night we stayed there, we could hear her footsteps constantly moving above us. First night we arrived - Home owner was extremely rude; stuck up; showed attitude, spoke rudely - &invaded our privacy. She did not knock on the door to inform us she was outside. Instead, she stood outside with a flashlight at the window as I had js finished a shower (naked) getting changed. who in the public would book a couples getaway under these conditions???

Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur.

Schade, dass keine Bilder an den Wänden hängen. Das würde es etwas gemütlicher machen. Schade, dass es keinen Fön vor Ort gibt. Die Toilette war leider nicht richtig geputzt (es gab noch Spuren vom Vorgänger).
