Absolutely not to recommend due to health risks

Absolutely nothing

Sprays were used to kill insects with extremely limited possibility of ventilation Absolutely impossible to have healthy sleep at night in such conditions Already by entering the flat bad smell and allergic reaction We were informed about insect problem and usage of sprays against insects only on the date of arrival Flat was not clean Ground floor where cockroaches are entering the flat Host was not willing to recognize the problem and became very unpleasant

Great short stay.

Good location, easy walk to the old town. Neat house with all necessary items present.

Noise is a bit of an issue. Its ground level and walls are thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Nicely furnished and central ...

The flat is very nicely curated and modern. We mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the day, both sofa bed and mattresses were confortable. The flat is walking distance from the historical centre.

The area is quite noisy, also during the night, thankfully there were earplugs! We also didn't know about the issue with cockroaches (cucarachas) in Valencia, especially on ground floors, before going there, and were surprised to find them in the house. They're particularly active at night, and we'd usually find a couple of them in the mornings and evenings. The owners were very responsive and did everything they could to prevent the cockroaches from coming inside.
