About this condo rental

Situated in Grand Rapids, this lovely condo for $50 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. About this space Newly renovated space designed with the feeling of peace in mind. Staying only 2 miles from the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, you can easily enjoy our great city or hit the lakeshore - only 25 minutes away! You will love the fresh, clean, and inspiring feel of this newly renovated apartment. Walk out the door and you’re in the West GR neighborhood 1/4 mile from The Mitten Brewery, Long Road Distillers, The People’s Cider Co, and Two Scotts BBQ. The space You will feel a sense of peace staying in this newly renovated apartment. You can enjoy the West GR neighborhood or get more adventurous and head 2 miles into the heart of downtown GR to hit a show at the Van Andel arena or 20 Monroe Live, check out the Gerald Ford or Van Andel Museum, stop by the fish ladder, or hit up the night life. Save some cash and fire up a home cooked meal utilizing the full kitchen equipped with all the goodies. Share a night cap with someone special on the back deck discussing plans for your future success and what you are grateful for. As you make your way back inside and settle in for the evening, be sure to read a few pages from one of the inspirational books sprinkled through the property as prepare for a great night’s sleep in the comfy bed. In the morning, make yourself stiff drink with the espresso maker, a cup of tea, or nice cup of joe from the French press and slow life down by taking some much-deserved time to yourself reflecting on your day and the importance of your existence. Then go crush the day! The space has an open floor plan with an updated kitchen & bathroom, LVT floors flow through the bedroom, living room and office. You'll love this place, the layout and the functionality of it. We have made our best efforts to make this space cozy, inspiring and refreshing. Unit is on a main road so there is traffic noise. Guest access Full apartment Other things to note Parking - You will have 2 private off street parking spots with your stay. This unit is on a main road so there is traffic noise. If you are not used to that or a light sleeper, we suggest ear plugs.
