Since it is right next to the Brickell and Downtown Miami area, it is walking distance to some of Miami's hottest restaurants. South Beach & Miami Beach are about a 15 minute drive east, Wynwood, Midtown, and Design District are about 10 minutes north, Little Havana and 8th St are about 5 minutes north, and Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove are about 10 minutes south.
