Stephanie Kopfstedt (General Manager) sowie die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, super Service! Zeitnah, unkompliziert und kulant!

Die veralteten Badewannen mit Duschvorhang sollten mit der Zeit in begehbare Duschen ausgetauscht werden, ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

A perfect getaway.

Our room was lovely. It was great that the windows opened. Breakfast was delicious, as was drinks and the charcuterie board in the lounge. Maria in the restaurant was excellent. The bartender, as well.

A minor problem with the safe, but it was resolved quickly.

Good location & a hotel catering for weddings.

Location

Layout of the hotel is hard to find your way around. Very noisy into the early hours with a wedding. Shower over the bath was terrible with very little water pressure & faucet didn’t work well.

Not worth your time.

Really, not much given the cost. I can think of many properties located in the area that give exceptional service and product. Room was no better than a Holiday Inn.

No room service menus in room, no bellmen, forever to find a valet to park the car. I was required to pre-pay with my credit card with absolutely no changes or cancellation regardless of the advance notice. I ending up leaving one day early because the value simply wasn’t there, yet I paid for that day, just to get out of there. I would never recommend this property for any length of stay. It simply is not up to par with Hyatt or other hotels located nearby.

Restaurant was ok, not great. Mattress was very uncomfortable and it was also flipped upside down when we arrived. Shower pressure was bad, you can tell it was old.

excellent hotel . breakfast in restaurant attached was lovely .

position just right. wanted something near to airport but not Miami Beach or city. lots of restaurants and shops in blocks near by. room was also very nice . good decoration and bathroom was excellent . bed very comfortable.

hotel is situated one floor up and you have to reach it by stairs or elevator then use different elevator to get to rooms . this was quite hard to find way in . needs better direction from doorman and better signs .

We got a bi-level family loft with a bunk bed, which was uncomfortable for our 3 years old, but Isabella and her collegues helped us change a room, which was perfect. Breakfast is delicious, the staff was overall the best.

From time to time it took almost 5 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom.
