Very nice and clean, it was in the perfect location for what we came for. The staff was wonderful and gave us great family fun recommendations since we came with our 2 year old.
It’s very expensive and it wasn’t their fault but the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool area which was a bummer!

The location
Staff was not helpful. They were dismissive and wouldn’t help us with our room. The bed was not finished properly. The bed was made with half of a bottom sheet so you can see the mattress cover. When asked for a bottom sheet they never came until my husband asked again. The associate Felix blew us off completely. I have stayed at the Thesis prior to it being a Hilton and it was fantastic. The downgrade is evident and disappointing.
