Excellent hotel, great service, my daughter left her cell phone in the lobby and within 5 minutes, a member of the staff had figured out it was ours, contacted the main office, obtained our contact info, and called to alert us. Also, units very clean, location and access to tube excellent, great market across the street, Lime bikes 2 minutes away, beds very comfortable, and smart TV a plus. In addition, the Reno fitness center was outstanding, with a full complement of well maintained exercise equipment. I am a cyclist, and the availability of spin bikes was an added plus for my training. Only consideration is that rooms are somewhat small, but for the price, no complaints at all. Great stay and experience. Highly recommend.

Modern, very clean, well laid out and roomy aparthotel room. The three of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely room. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The wifi and AC worked well and we slept well in the beds. When I had a question or request the host responded quickly. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close by St Paul's Cathedral. There is easy access to the tube. However, some sites like the Tate Modern or Borough Market are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Two weeks here and I'd book again without hesitating.
The location is hard to beat. You're right in the middle of everything, but the building itself is unassuming — clean exterior, no fuss, no crowd out front. It reads as a residential address rather than hotel, which I liked.
Check-in simple as it gets: one pin code for both lobby and apartment. No desk, no queue, no waiting on someone to hand over a key. Nearly all communication happened over WhatsApp, and staff were consistently attentive and quick to reply. Every request I made (specific room, floor, and view) was granted. At one point I managed to forget the safe combination, and it was sorted out the following morning without any drama.
Apartment itself was spotless. Maid service was so discreet I barely registered it happening. Some specifics worth calling out:
Bed: Great.
Shower: Excellent. Hot water instant, every single time.
Air Conditioning: Excellent, which matters in August.
Blackout Curtains: Genuinely total blackout, not the usual "mostly dark."
Noise: Very quiet.
View: Great. Exactly what I'd asked for.
Washer/dryer Combo: Worked well, but be aware the wash/dry cycles run 5+ hours. Not for everybody.
One real drawback was the TV. No YouTube app. Casting from a phone via Google Cast was more of a hassle than it should have been. Minor in the scheme of things, but worth knowing.
Price was steep. But you get what you pay for here, and I never felt shortchanged.
