Uns hat die Ausstattung und die Lage besonders gut gefallen :)
Außerdem gab es eine Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Ort, was die An- und Abreise ungemein erleichterte.
Vielleicht hätte es etwas sauberer sein können.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage vor allem fürs TATE und nahe zum öffentlichen Verkehr. Gute, praktische Ausstattung.

Great location and accessibility; the price is reasonable for a good London location. It is close to Blackfriars Underground station, with the South Bank just across Blackfriars Bridge, and St. Paul’s Cathedral 5 min walk, shops, cafés, and bars nearby. The apartment layout is excellent—a lovely, modern space equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, nice furniture, and a comfortable bed. Remote communication with the staff via WhatsApp was quick, and the instructions for accessing the building and apartment were clear. Wifi worked really well.
The noise—terrible street noise! It is such a major downside of this accommodation that it literally ruins your holiday. Soundproof, multi-pane windows are absolutely essential here because the building sits on a busy road with traffic all night long; after exhausting days of walking and sightseeing in already hectic London, you simply cannot rest or get a good night's sleep, despite the comfortable bed.
Not enough towels for two people over a six-day stay. Even when we asked for extra towels on the third day the cleaner left only two small towels in the room—it’s hard to shower for three days with just that!
Narrow, steep stairs leading to the apartment and no elevator—just a heads-up for older or guests with dissabilities; it wasn't a huge issue for us, but getting heavy luggage up to the second floor is difficult.
The shower - water temperature control! Scalding hot water pours from the showerhead, even when you set it to cold or lukewarm. So carefully in the shower.
