What an absolute gem of a hotel. Everything is so beautiful and they have really thought about all the little details. The staff in the dining room and the bell boys deserve a special mention… all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is pure luxury and is absolutely spotless. Amazing pool, great food, helpful staff… what more could you ask for.
The only small negative is that we had pre arranged a room to include our two 10 year olds and were told there would be 2 sofa beds. When we got to the room there was one single sofa bed made up and the other was the shorter end of an L shaped sofa which wasnt long enough for anybody over the age of 4/5. It took a few phone calls to resolve which after a long day travelling and when we just wanted to go to bed was a bit of a headache but eventually they bought an additional full size single bed. Another small thing is the 200 baht charge for each bath bomb used… when paying for a luxury hotel you would expect this to be included…

The bed is extremely comfy, honestly the best hotel bed i have slept on. Staff very friendly, we had a nice surprise for our honeymoon. Amazing varied breakfast with lovely views, very very good guava juice. Fantastic main pool, it is huge and the water temperature was good. The room pool was amazing too.
It is a little walk from the hotel to the main street , but i would stay here again regardless

Modern, contemporary rooms. Well fitted out and spacious. Exceptional staff. Lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean in every area. Organised, efficient service. Very comfortable beds. Excellent housekeeping.
The beach was not great for swimming but the surf was rough at that time of year.

Its cute, the staff are friendly, the food is great.
The advertised room size is not true. They include the pool and outdoor area. This means that the 86m2 room is actually about 37m2 and the 100m2 room is less than 50m2.
I booked because of the advertised room size and was shocked when i entered the room.
