Clean, modern and efficient studio rooms. Everything works and feels like new. Nice having laundry facilities included on site. All bath and kitchen conveniences were modern and tasteful. Staff were responsive and eager to please. Location is immediately beside the ferry terminal to the Isle of Raasay. Walk on to the ferry (£5 round trip) for a scotch tasting and snack across the water.
The room is tiny, about the size of a small motel room or a studio flat. We ended up leaving our suitcases in the car after we unpacked the few items we needed for our four day stay. We were comfortable anyway and needed simply to be very tidy and to manage our belongings well.

Location with a view
Small but user-unfriendly issues: for example , tough towels, kitchenette with no pan and no oil, small sofa could have been a sofabed to ease couple( or 2 friends) when one is sick etc.
