Good location, well equipped, good size for the group of 4. Each room had own access to shower & toilet which was nice. Living room area was very nice too! Very good area to stay, calm and close to the city center.
The promoted terrace was just closed with no explanation message/note, that was a bummer. Our room had a bathtub and the shower was clearly done afterwards as an add on. Since you could not simply stand under the shower, the shower head was constantly turning towards the window and window area was covered in water and flooding. A tine thing but still made it hard to take shower sometimes.

Poor attention to our concern regarding poor shower drainage which resulted in water extending into main hallway which we immediately wiped up with the provided bath towels. We emailed and what’s app the company . They required a video of the issue before they would send someone to look at it. We were on vacation and had booked tours so getting a video did not happen until our return later in the evening . Basically when this was done I received a response stating that they would have onsite staff address the issue. Basically no one to my knowledge addressed the issue, we checked out the next morning so nothing was done. We did have a bath/hand held shower in the master room . Luckily everyone in our party was mobile enough to transfer into and out of the tub. If we had someone who couldn’t they would have been unable to shower for the duration of our 3 day stay. Basically if a problem is reported onsite staff should address without the need of video verification. Very disappointed

The location and facilities . I loved the neighborhood. Staff was rapidly reactive to issues in apartment . We had buisness second stay close to karlspaltz and subway x2 was a breeze . Walks at night by the canal great !

The apartment is really nice and the location is perfect. The big problem is the non-existing service.
In this nice flat the ceramic cooktop in the kitchen does not work. We reported this on the first morning. Absolutely nothing was done about it for the following three days. The flat is in Vienna and I got a phone number in Germany (the owner company seems to be German) so one can guess that nobody will arrive from Germany to fix the problem. I was in touch in writing with a total of 10 people (!) who are most likely sitting all over in Europe based on their names and are supposed to help from distance. These "service people" never read the previous messages and it continued like this until the morning when we left. The worst is that they lied that a technicien had visited and that the cooktop actually worked. Nobody ever visited there which was very strange. In a nutshell, if you have any problem in the flat you won't be helped.
