Spacious appartement with good beds and nice shower. Clean. Location is good 5 minutes from tram and metro and shops. Quite neighborhood.
There was no airco ! We were surprised because in the description an airco was listed - apartment was rather warm 26C . Windows and balcony door open was helpful.
Equipment in kitchen: no bowls and drinking glasses available.
Smoke detectors were not working….
The apartment is very nice but with little work can be improved.

L' appartamento molto bello e in una posizione ottima!
Abbiamo chiesto una culla (ci è stata confermata), al nostro arrivo culla inesistente.
Macchina del caffè senza il serbatoio dell'acqua, quindi inutile.
Quando abbiamo contatto la struttura per esporre i problemi non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta.

كانت قريبه وموقعها جميل وهاديه والتكييف ممتاز وكذلك معدات المطبخ مكتمله
اول ماوصلنا تفاجأنا بأنها غير نظيفه بعد النزيل الذي يسبقنا ولكن تم اعتذار من صاحب المكان وتفهم وتم تعويضنا بشقه أخرى وكذلك عدم وجود مكيف في غرفة النوم للحر الشديد الذي صادف

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ist super erreichbar. Sehr ruhig und alles neuwertig und sauber. Bei der Hitze Anfang August diesen Jahres war die Klimaanlage sehr wertvoll.
Es gibt nur ein Trinkglas, sonst Weingläser und Tassen.
Es gibt keinen Staubsauger, Besen o. ä.
Der Balkon ist nicht gemütlich, da die Aussicht schäbig ist (tote Vögel, die in einem Netz hängen geblieben sind, Baustelle, Dreck)
Was uns wirklich sehr gestört hat, war die schwierige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Man bekommt vorab die Info, dass der Zugangscode zwei Tage vorher käme. Tatsächlich erhält man diesen aber erst eine Stunde vor checkin. Auf meine Emails diesbezüglich wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert.
In der Nacht vor unserer Abreise gingen im gesamten Gebäude die Rauchmelder an, offenbar ein Fehlalarm ( Feuerwehr war vor Ort). Da der Vermieter aber überhaupt nicht greifbar war, mussten die ganze Nachbarschaft stundenlang dieses ohrembetäubende Geräusch ertragen.
