Our experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality demonstrated by Moe and Mike. Both are exemplary hosts who maintained seamless communication from start to finish. They provided all the relevant check-in details well in advance, ensuring a smooth arrival, and thoughtfully checked in on us daily to ensure our absolute comfort.
The property itself completely exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a spacious, immaculately clean environment with a wonderful, fresh scent throughout. The attention to detail was evident, from the fully equipped kitchen that anticipated every possible need, to the premium mattresses and pillows that offered an incredibly comfortable night's sleep.
The location is equally perfect. It is surrounded by an array of highly-rated restaurants, supermarkets, and convenient shops. Additionally, it offers excellent proximity to major attractions, with The Forks being just a pleasant 20-minute walk away.
This property is a true gem in Winnipeg. It comes highly recommended, and we look forward to returning on our next visit.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I noted a few minor areas for improvement. The property could benefit from additional mirrors, as they were only available in the bathrooms. Additionally, one of the bedroom closets was locked without an alternative storage option, and the blackout curtains were not entirely effective at blocking the morning light. That being said, these were minor observations that did not detract from an otherwise great experience.

Great location in a pleasant neighborhood, immaculately clean, plenty of space, free parking, felt safe and comfortable, very good communication by the owner, would stay again.

It was central to the number of activities planned, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and to the airport.
The only thing missing was tea. We bought some and left some behind for the next person.
