The space was nice, well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. It felt safe and homey. The neighbourhood was quiet. Grocery store was nearby. I would stay here again.
The upstairs bathroom door would stick and make a loud noise when you pulled it open. Other than that, the unit was very comfortable.

Spacious, clean home within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, with convenient parking at the back. Comfortable beds and a responsive landlord—quick to provide a lamp and dishwasher cubes.
The home has a Ring doorbell, so arrivals and departures are visible.
Downsides: hard to sleep due to nearby hospital sirens, and some rooms and kitchen cupboards could use a fresh coat of paint, with several walls showing pockmarks that would benefit from a professional painter.
