Amazing second floor entire 3bedrooms unit that is close to Downtown, Forks, St Boniface Hospital and St Boniface college. In very quite great green area close to River and parks as well as best restaurants in the city. Space offers 2 bedrooms, and office space, living room, eat in kitchen, and bathroom. Free parking is also included. Full size washer and dryer.

The location was great, very central. There was tons of space for my sister and me. It was an older home so there was a bit of a musty smell and some odd doors not closing well. Also, it wasn't clear that it was a second story walkup up a fairly narrow staircase, which wasn't great for my sister.

Property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood .. walking distance to Museum and Market.. Kitchen needs some oven pans if you plan on cooking
Otherwise, the kitchen is totally equipped with everything else you will need..
We were quite comfortable staying here,
and would definitely stay there if we visiting Winnipeg again

We stayed here for 6 days and it was perfect for our needs. I liked staying in the upper suite of an older house, it was clean, comfortable and I liked the view of the human rights museum from the little back deck. The staircases are steep but safe. The location was great because we were visiting people in downtown Winnipeg and it was only 10 min from us by car. Neighbourhood seemed safe and I walked around quite a bit, to the river, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
