The host was great. The location was in a very nice and friendly area. The house is old and naturally has some quirks. I would warn you on the strange front door step-in, I had suitcase, etc in hand and didn't realize the several inch wood "riser" in the bottom door frame, I tripped and thankfully caught myself on the far foyer wall. Overall the house was clean. The exception being the drip pans on the electric stove were gross and the bathroom baseboards and such had layers of dust and hair. We are non-carpet persons, but they were very clean! The living room furniture is uncomfortable. The bed was ok, the pillows were bad....two pillows stuffed into one pillow case and still not supportive. We did appreciate that Will supplied coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, dish liquid, etc for our stay. We had a formal event to attend...the ironing board was a table top, very hard to get ride of suitcase wrinkles on a mini board.
