The apartment was spacious and clean, we really appreciated the coffee and other necessities that were provided.
We advised we were a party of four and only two towels were provided. The A/C units were not vented outside when we arrived so were just making the apartment hotter instead of cooler. The landscaping left much to be desired....weeds wrapping around our legs as we walked through to the street was not the best.
I know you don't have control over the neighbours but it was unsettling to see that next door someone was using drugs and then passed out in full view. I was not comfortable leaving my truck parked there.

Rony was fantastic great at responding to messages . The apartment had absolutely everything you needed - tea and coffee / shampoo , towels everything . It was clean spacious and a good central base for what we needed. Rony had done an info board and made recommendations for places to visit and eat all of which were great
Just a tiny bit worried about area as arrived at night but it was fine - have to remember they have just come out of winter and everything was buried in snow !

Fully stocked with anything you could need and a free place to park, very clean as well.
Downstairs neighbors are loud and filled the unit with cigarette smoke. Not pleasant. The location in general is a bit iffy, felt a little worried leaving our car uncovered in the alley but I think that’s just Winnipeg lol.
