Great place, great value, great property owner.

Everything was so clean and well maintained that I was surprised to hear that we were not the first guests to this location. All appliances were brand new, furniture was brand new, great TV & sound system, and all the bedrooms are in the basement, so it was just cool enough to get a great sleep every night. Layout is great, property owner is very responsive to any question I had. I came to Winnipeg for a family reunion and I’ll be staying here for the next event this summer!

There could have been more simple staples - for example, no ketchup or mustard, a pepper mill but no salt shaker (though was a box of salt), no spices, and could have a couple more kitchen towels.
