The apartment is spacious, clean, well decorated and maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked. The ground floor with garden was what I was looking for, and located within an attractive garden apartment community. The location was excellent for my purposes, as I was able to ride my bike to my sports camp through a lovely park the whole way. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and immaculate. The apartment stayed cool, as long as you closed the blinds during the day, so air conditioning was not needed (and not present.) There was a grocery store 350 metres from the apartment. The host responded in about 60 seconds each time I had a question, with polite and complete responses. I would happily stay here again.
I liked it all. If you are only coming to Vienna for sightseeing, it's a bit far from the historical centre (an hour by public transit) but the transit runs so quickly and continuously that it was never an issue. Since that was not my main purpose, I was very happy with the location. The garden is a bit neglected, so there were mosquitoes, but the rooms mostly had screen doors so we could leave them open to the garden at night.

Departe de obiectivele turistice.40-45 minute cu masina.E un cartier periferic unde ajungi dupa ce treci de niste terenuri agricole.Nu au aer conditionat.La 34-36 grade afara a fost greu de suportat.Greu de gasit apartamentul in acel complex rezidential.Cheia a fost lasata sub presul de la intrare,nimic securizat.In frigider resturi de mancare,o cutie de lapte desfacuta,congelatorul plin de alimente si legume.La intrarea de pe terasa 2 perechi de papuci vechi.O plasa de cumparaturi pe jos.Am avut impresia ca am gresit locatia si ca am intrat in casa cuiva.Parcarea cu plata recomandata de proprietar a costat in final 28 euro desi erau locuri fara plata pe strada.A trebuit instalata o aplicatie,apoi cont.Dimineata zgomot de avioane.Proprierarul ne-a dat un mesaj prin care ne spune ca suntem nesimtiti si sa ne fie rusine ca am lasat pet-urile pe blatul de la bucatarie.Mai departe las la aprecierea celor care vor citi aceste randuri
