Location was great near the Aspernstrasse UBahn and bus stops. Lots of storage in the apartment if one is staying for a lengthy time. Kitchen was well stocked (except no simple amenities like salt/pepper/tea/coffee.) and a dishwasher is nice. Shower is nice but if you use the "Rain Head" it sprays all over and gets the entire floor wet!
It was very hot while we were there (no A/C which I did not realize.). There were two fans in the apt, but one in the bedroom was broken - no blades! Host said no more fans were available! It was 28-29 C/82-84 F each night! Quite uncomfortable! The bottle of shower soap was 1/4 full; barely enough for two people for 5 days. There was black mold in the shower track, and toilet smelled of urine! The website stated a "washer in every apartment" but there was none in ours (unit 9) requiring us to use off-site laundry. We are seniors & have traveled extensively; we don't need "extravagant" but do expect "nice". "Garden view" out the patio was a joke; all we saw was an empty lot with trash. TV language was Polish with no instructions on how to change. All this was communicated to the host, and I even asked for a partial refund, which was denied. Needless to say, we will probably not stay there again on our next trip to Vienna. (I tried to upload photos of all this, but this site kept saying "error").
