Left with a collection of insect bites

Location is great, convenient. Plenty of groceries, restaurants, cafes etc around.

We left this property covered in bites consistent with bedbug bites. The pattern (rows and clusters), location (areas exposed during sleep), and red welts (now with puss and itchy) that are just now, days later, becoming itchy, are definitely not mosquito bites. When we raised the issue with the host at check out, they were defensive and mentioned that the bedding is laundered regularly, which of course does not prevent or solve a bedbug issue. Additionally, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard, old food on a dining chair, and the air conditioner didn’t work well. We were hot.

Perfect apartment

We booked this apartment for its reviews and convenient location - and it exceeded our expectations. The host was very pleasant and welcoming. She was always ready to help, answered all our questions and gave us tips on local sights. We're very grateful to her! The apartment was clean and cosy - a home away from home. The neighbourhood was safe, with a metro station just a short walk away and lots of shops, bakeries and cafés close by. We would happily come back again!

Great experience!

Great location, great host and very warm wellcome!

Host molto disponibile, appartamento ben tenuto e pulito.
