The apartment is new, nicely decorated and clean. The shutters are great for afternoon naps. It is well located. Communication with the manager was very good.
I booked a crib for my baby stating her age as 1 year but a bassinet was supplied which was too small. They were unable to supply a full size crib. Check-in was quite complicated. There are many doors and the elevator sometimes doesnt come if people dont close the internal doors again so we had to climb the stairs with the baby and pram to the 5th floor. The AC in the bedroom does not work well. We had a very bad check-out experience. I messaged the manager just before 10am to say we did not have the correct change for tourist tax so my husband needed to run to the train station quickly. At 10am the cleaning staff banged on the door saying it was time for us to leave. Even though they did not speak much english they could clearly see we were packed and ready to leave just washing the last dishes. They were incredibly rude and forceful arguing with us to go out of the apartment. I spoke with the manager on the phone who was very apologetic and kind but I was already traumatized by his staff. Overall the apartment is nice, a little noisy but okay. Unfortunately I can only generously score an 8 as we've never had such a bad experience in all our travels.

Житло дуже велике, сучасне і чисте! Також на житлі є все, що треба, рушники/ гелі/ мило/ праска! Поруч є метро/ автобусна станція+ дуже близько до центру! Господарі дуже ввічливі, завжди на звʼязку! Дуже рекомендую, ми залишились задоволеними🙂

Wir fanden die Lage perfekt - nicht mitten im Trubel sondern mehr im "echten" Rom und gleichzeitig kommt man überall sehr schnell hin. Schön eingerichtet und sauber, alles was man braucht.
Hat alles gepasst.
