The apartment is in a very central location, with a view of the Trevi Fountain from the window. The second floor is well soundproofed, although some street noise can be heard from the living room at night.
The apartment has excellent air conditioning, which is very important during the summer in Rome. The main bedroom and living room are spacious, and there is also a small single room, about half the size of a regular bedroom. The kitchen is small but well equipped.
The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable, as it consisted of two mattresses that moved apart during the night. The coffee machine did not work.
