Sobre este Hostel, no hay algo que me haya gustado más. Sin embargo, creo que lo mejor que tiene es la comunicación de los host considerando que es todo autoservicio.
El wifi funciona bien, y el aire acondicionado también.
Está cerca de la estación de metro.
El barrio asusta, no es un lugar que elegiría ir, ya con conocimiento.
El Hostel es solo una cama y un baño, no tiene cocina, no tiene espacios comunes (aparte del baño que es compartido), y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Una maleta grande no se puede abrir cómodamente.
Si pides algo como cuchara o vaso desechable, te dirán que no cuentan con ese servicio.
Está muy apartado de las principales zonas turísticas de NY.
Si quieres solo llegar a dormir, cumple.

Overall, it is great value for the price. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable; the check in process is very smooth and easy. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit NY and stay in Manhattan - the area is a bit sketchy in the evening, but we never met any real trouble.
I think that if you are expecting a huge room with hotel-level facilities you are going to be disappointed, but what they offer is very well described and specified - just read the descriptions!

Liegt zentral mit der Metro alles gut erreichbar.
Bad teilen mit anderen die respektlos sind. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

The hostel is located in a fairly decent area, well connected by subway, making it quite a good base for exploring the city.
It is very strange that accessing the bathroom requires a separate code for an automatic lock. This is somewhat inconvenient, as you have to remember two combinations: one for the entrance and the room, and another for the bathroom. The room has no sound insulation at all—you can literally hear every rustle from the neighboring rooms.
