Shower and bedding were very good. Location was great. Close to shops and cafes/ pubs etc
The entry area was a bit strange. Steep wet stairs not ideal.

Location fantastic.
So much space, comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very accommodating and with air conditioning nice and warm on the cold winter nights and mornings.
Being woken at 5.30 by music, or should I say rhythmic noise which we think was coming from a gym.

Having to give my credit card over the phone so they could secure a bond and then issue me a pin to get in after I had given it. It made me insecure not knowing who I was giving my details to over the phone. I emailed the host and advised him of this security risk and he said they will look at their processes.

The Loft is very bright and spacious. Lounge suite and King size bed comfortable. Heating/cooling very effective. Central location. Washing machine and dryer which is useful. Bathroom is a good size. Good towels. Hairdryer was good. Smart TV provided with numerous apps.
No shampoo & conditioner which was disappointing but fortunately, we had our own. This is a converted warehouse or old office space which means it has lots and lots of large windows - while the windows all have blinds, the windows let in lots and lots of light which is great during the day but not so great in the morning when the blinds are ineffective. If you can only sleep in a darkened room, this space is not for you. It would also have been useful to have a portable clothes drying rack - the loft is warm & sunny so if you prefer to use natural light & warmth for drying rather than a clothes dryer, a rack would be necessary as there is nothing to hang wet clothes on. Kitchen was a good size but contained only the basics - no coffee machine & long life milk only provided. We would also recommend the provision of an information booklet, both about the loft & also Broken Hill. We had to go to the Information Centre to find out info on Broken Hill.
