The property was in prime location, right across from the train station. Easy to access everything around it, and a burger place right down stairs.

It’s in a great location, very close to the train and Spencer Mall. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable to sleep on, and it’s also close to many great food places.
The fan was quite noisy, and I think the bathroom could benefit from some renovation. The washing machine and the drawer were also not very clean.

Great location, close to the train and air bus. A short walk from Southern Cross station. Free tram just out the door of the complex. Pearl was easy to work with and very accommodating. The unit was clean with a comfortable bed and nice bedding. We would stay there again on a return visit. Pretty pool although the rain didn’t entice us to use it. We walked to the botanical gardens and shops. The Victoria market is a short tram ride away or a nice walk if the sun is out.

I love this apartment I definitely will choose again It is a perfect area .The building is so beautiful and so clean. The tram is just at the entrance of the building, the supermarket everything is so close. The apartment is so comfy and has a beautiful balcony with a nice view and nice fresh air. In addition there is a Nespresso machine that I enjoy the most. I will definitely be coming back. The concierge was exceptional she helped me with my luggage and to settle into the apartment. Everything was perfect.Thevonly negative feedback is the fry pans and saucepans were so dirty of oily and black staff.
