Como dicen por ahí, en otro comentario, es "insalubre". No deberían comercializarlo.

El barrio y el vecindario nos ha encantado, muy tranquilo, con varios supermercados grandes y mucho comercio, pero aún así es tranquilo y se puede dormir. A 15-18 minutos andando de la playa y la zona de pantalán. Super bien q nos dejasen entrar al perrete.

Como otras comentarios, "Insalubre" es poco. La cocina es un nido de cucarachas, salen por todos lados, hasta del tostador, se "pasean" por la encimera o incluso encontramos dos veces subiendo por las patas de la litera blanca, justo donde poníamos la cabeza para dormir. Que sea un bajo no justifica que tenga que haber cucarachas, y si las hay, que tomen medidas. Y si las sigue habiendo, no debería comercializarse. Fumigamos nada más llegar y limpiamos bien con vinagre de limpieza y gracias a eso dejaron de salir tantas. Pero la penúltima noche, matamos más de 10. Algunas se meten por la puerta del patio interior y por las ventanas. Poco menaje de cocina (2 ollas y 2 sartenes) y lo que hay está muy estropeado, no se puede ni freir un huevo. Platos, vasos y demás bien. No funcionaba la campana extractora. La barbacoa no la usamos, no creo q sea muy apropiado ni muy agradable para los vecinos tener que aguantar el olor. En el baño hay una humedad muy grande del piso de arriba, el olor a humedad es muy fuerte y desagradable. Tuvimos el baño cerrado siempre pq es irrespirable. Lo mismo que decía antes, si no está en condiciones, por favor no lo comercialicen o si ha sido un imprevisto,cancelen las reservas que tienen hasta que lo solucionen. En el baño estaría bien una banqueta o algo para poner la ropa cuando vas a ducharte. Un perchero tampoco vendría mal. La mampara tiene una hoja estropeada Los colchones no están mal. Las almohadas demasiado bajas, aunque había dos almohadas extras. Hay ciertas mantas que es mejor que las tiren. Los muebles en general están bastante mal, cajones rotos en el armario q hay en la habitación de la litera, en la habitación principal, en el armario, , falta la barra para colgar ropa y hay una cajonera con cajones rotos; en la habitación individual hay una silla de escritorio pero sin escritorio y los cajones de dentro del armario no se pueden abrir. Hay pocas perchas y estropeadas..

Tranquila y comoda.

No vimos ningún desayuno. La ubicación muy buena para nuestra estancia. Apartamento muy agradable.
