The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It has two full bathrooms, both with showers. With capacity for 6 people, its layout offers spaciousness and flexibility for different accommodation needs.



The property has been renovated and features a living room with television and dining area. Internet connection is included.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware and essential utensils so you can manage independently during your stay.



One of its main advantages is its location in the heart of Madrid, very close to Malasaña and Tribunal metro station. From the accommodation you can easily access Gran Vía and different cultural, gastronomic and commercial areas of the city.

Check-in: • Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, allowing for quick and flexible arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and from that moment, you can access at the time that best suits your travel schedule, following the instructions we will send you before arrival • If you require an in-person check-in, a supplement of 25 EUR will be applied for arrivals between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and 60 EUR for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM • Check-out: until 11:00 AM.



For stays of 28 nights or more: • It will be necessary to sign a temporary rental contract • Utilities are included up to a combined maximum of 150 EUR per month. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged once the corresponding invoices are received • Internet connection is included • An additional administrative fee of 175 EUR will be applied.
