One room includes 2 single beds and the other includes 2 double beds. Washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this Shinjuku apartment. The space was small, but it was functional and worked well as a home base while exploring Tokyo.The location was definitely the biggest advantage. Multiple train stations were within easy walking distance, making it convenient to get around the city. There was also a Don Quijote just a couple of minutes away, a laundromat with multiple washers and dryers are less than 1 minute walk away, and many of Shinjuku's shops, restaurants, and attractions were reachable within a 10-15 minute walk The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made check-in easy and straightforward.Overall, this is a good option for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring and want a convenient location in the heart of Shinjuku.

Great location and place to stay with multiple people

Fantastic location near so many great restaurants, trains, and city sights. Apartment was average but this is likely why to expect for this price. We did not have enough towels and needed more pillows (one tiny pillow) and bedding. We paid for 5 people and felt the accommodations could have been more accommodating.

Thank you to Alex. Very helpful. We would have appreciated improved kitchen equipment with some glasses, spoons and kitchen towels. Would have appreciated a few more bathroom towels. Very good wifi.
