Location and HUGE SPACE. Despite the aging building and furnishings, you can’t beat the rate, location and space. Just make sure to bring ear plugs and eye masks.
It’s a very old building that shows heavy use, single pane windows, furniture beyond its life. There’s two construction right outside so heavy noise all hours of the day.
