About this house rental
Relax on 5 private acres of this unique and peaceful getaway. Enjoy the view of the rolling hills and picturesque sunrise and sunset from the patio while you enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Our one bedroom, one bath cozy hideaway has a large sofa sleeper for your guests, and all the comforts of home. Take a stroll through our organic orchard, pick avocados, lemons, or mandarines from our fruit trees and peacefully unplug. 10 minutes from wineries, golf course, and casinos.
The property is nestled on 5 acres of land, with an orchard full of fruit trees on the side. The living area sits on the 2nd floor, while the garage and laundry room are on the first floor. Upstairs includes a large patio and seating areas for you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful views. Bathroom and bedrooms have recently been upgraded and updated. Bedroom has a wall a/c unit and there are ceiling fans with adjustable settings in both the bedroom and living room. We have small space heaters available for those winter chilly nights. The sofa bed in the living room is a sofa sleeper, double bed size, and we have an additional single cot available in the bedroom closet for you to use, if needed. There is a small dining area for two with additional counter space and chairs for two more people. The kitchen has all the appliances you need, including microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dishes, bowls, silverware and glasses are all provided for your convenience.
Guests have access to all the living space on the second floor, the patio, the laundry room on the bottom floor, the half bath next to the laundry room. They are free to roam around the premises and the orchard. Guests are not allowed to use the Garage, as that is for private use only.

Neighborhood is mostly farms, ranches, and agricultural properties.
No fires. No smoking inside or outside.
Please no pets. A $500 extra fee will be placed if pets are brought onto the property. NO PARTIES allowed!
