Situated in Key Largo, this lovely villa for $381 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Ocean Front Key Largo Town Home with a breathtaking view of the Crystal Clear waters of the Florida Keys. Our place, a little bit of heaven, our home away from home. Just imagine waking up to see the beautiful ocean view, and driving with a golf-cart to the point and viewing the sunset with a glass of wine. Our town home is conveniently located inside John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which means you are minutes away from the best tropical reefs in North America. Villa #6 PLEASE NOTE: No guests boats/watercraft allowed at Kawama Yacht Club as the Marina and the dry storage areas are full. Pilot House Marina is 1/2 mile away. Please check with them for a boat slip. Enjoy the fishing/sunrise/sunset at the jetty, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts and a children's playground. Enjoy spectacular views right from your own balcony. This town home is very nicely furnished as it is our personal vacation home for some time. The kitchen has brand new wooden cabinets with beautiful BLUE granite countertop and top-of-the line appliances. Each bedroom is very nicely furnished, each with new mattresses. Besides a very cold A/C, Cable TV and WIFI, each room has a TV, DVD player and ceiling fans, for those who prefer to sleep in. Be sure to stop at the local restaurants to sample excellent Florida Keys Seafood. Maximum 6 Adults and 2 Children. DOGS: We do not allow large dogs. Dogs must be under 30 pounds. Pet Fee additional. When requesting to book, please email how many, what kind, and how much each weighs. PLEASE NOTE: The only way to get up to the main floor/second floor is use of a spiral staircase. There is one inside and one outside. If you have difficulty maneuvering stairs this unit is not a good choice. I will be available 24/7 to help the guest with any questions or concerns. Kawama Yacht Club Located at the heart of Key Largo MM 100 in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by three sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys. Master Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed Living Room - Sleeper Sofa KEY LARGO is known for “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN" - Water Sports and Activities. It is the “DIVE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! We have the ONLY LIVING CORAL REEF IN NORTH AMERICA! What people come down to the Keys to enjoy is: Diving Snorkeling Swimming Fishing – Off Shore, Bottom, Bridge, Back Country or most anywhere you want to throw in a line. (Make sure you know the fishing rules). Boating Water Skiing, Tubing, Knee Boarding, Wake Boarding… Parasailing Windsurfing Sailing Kayaking Bird and Nature watching Dive Shops Restaurants Tiki Bars Parks Camping Lobstering (In season) Shrimping (When running – usually when it’s really cold) Glass Bottom Boats – To go see the coral reefs out in the ocean. Beaches in the Keys – The only natural beach in the Florida Keys is at Bahia Honda State Park. The rest of the beaches are manmade. The Keys are built on Natural Coral Rock unlike the rest of the state of Florida that have natural sandy beaches. The Keys are not for Avid Beach Goers. They are for people who love to be “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN". We want to inform you that surveillance cameras are installed outside the premises of this property. Please note that the surveillance cameras are solely intended for enhancing the security of the property and to protect both tenants and their belongings. Only "issue" is the pictures online are somewhat deceptive. We all were under the impression there was a beach (not the lagoon)..although the lagoon was nice. The beach-chairs and huts and jetty all look like they are on an actual beach to get in the water.

Nice place with amenities close by. Pretty views from the balcony or short walk to beach and pier. Very clean and the host is responsive. We enjoyed our visit.

Great location, very close to our charters and favorite restaurants. We loved the view of the sunrise and enjoyed all the outdoor activities that came with the stay. We plan to book this spot again.

Family vacation, property was as good as described with lots of things that made it kid friendly. Pools were nice and Keys beach access. Secure neighborhood, nice to have golf cart.

Nice spot with great view! Good car was handy for getting to point where there's a 360° view. Only has spiral staircases (listing mentions) but they turned out to be minor issue for some of our group

We really enjoyed the property and it was even better in person than in the promotional material. I would definitely book this unit again when returning to Key Largo. It is close to so Pennekamp and every restaurant that we wanted to visit.

Property is great but do have a few points to note. 1 - spiral staircase's only. Difficult to drag luggage etc up and down. 2 - very low water pressure, especially master bath sink which barely dribbled out. 3 - Hot water. Ran out quickly even though water pressure is low. Had to space out showers every 30 minutes. 4 - Never did get wi fi to work. Not a big deal since mafe it easy to stay unconnected and enjoy. Overall place is great, views are tremedous and woul stay again but would ask if any of issues were resolved.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful escape to the Keys and this property was everything we needed. Great views, very well equipped, easy in and out, good location in Key Largo and a wonderful community with waterfront huts/grills, marina and a pier with great sunset views. Even got treated to multiple fireworks shows on New Years Eve.
