Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us as we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. We brought our 25 ft center console boat and it was an easy ride over from Caribbean Bay. Maybe a 22 ft boat would fit ideally in the basin, but we made it work just fine. The bed was very comfortable and accommodations were great. We biked all over. It was a great trip! Much respect to the Vrbo hosts for allowing it to happen. Hopefully Matt and I will retire on the water and be able to enjoy this FT one day. ✌️❤️😊

The property is secluded and private, very quiet, and the backyard view is incredible during the sunset. It was well maintained, kayaks available for use in the bay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to go to Key Largo.

We couldnt have been more thrilled at this amazing property. Quiet, serene and secluded; yet still in the middle of everything. The house featured everything we could have needed [except for a tea kettle but we managed!], and the sunset views from thecprivate dock were stunning beyond belief. Wonderful property. Cant recommend more highly. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautiful, with soft green grass leading up to the water. My 13 year old caught and threw back many fish off the boat docking area. Kids and dog played catch and other games while I watched the sunset. Lovely. All appliances and AC work well in the house. The two beds were comfortable. The pull out in the living room is a standard pull out, may want to bring a foam topper to make it more comfortable. Screened back porch/Florida room was a lovely way to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. Kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to just wander next door with the kids and do the dolphin experience. Also convenient with 3 food carts within walking distance: BBQ at the end of the driveway, tacos and good Cuban food just across the street. Also an open air produce market, which I enjoyed very much. Owner is very responsive, replied immediately to any questions.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my wife and our 13-month old and an old friend, his wife, and their 6-month old…
Overall, house was great. It’s right off the main road, but the driveway is long enough that you’d never know once there. Backyard is very large goes right to the water. There’s a little boat slip and a manatee was hanging out there one day during our stay! It’s also right next to the dolphin sanctuary so you’ll see some dolphins. Grill worked out well, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants - overall a great spot.
I do want to note a couple items that weren’t necessarily clear in the listing:
1. Both bathrooms are en-suite, so not ideal after 7pm when sleeping babies are in each bedroom.
2. One bedroom is off the kitchen and the interior wall doesn’t actually go floor to ceiling - the ceiling/roof is peaked and the interior wall just goes straight across. Made it a little tough to cook in the kitchen with a baby sleeping in the partially exposed room to the side, but not impossible.
3. It’s not exactly walking distance to much nor is the area particularly walkable. You’ll probably have to drive to any restaurants or bars you’ll go to.
Again, overall the house was great and we had a great time - would go back again.

This property was just as depicted. The views are amazing, big back yard, spacious house. The outdoor living room was open air and great to relax in.
My only con, the queen bed sags in the middle and was not comfortable:(

Absolutely tranquil and chill with a front row view of the sunset, from the backyard, with water and mangroves in the foreground!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I brought my 23 ft. aqua sport boat. I parked my boat at the road and walked in. Unloaded my things into my friends car to bring down the driveway to the house. Saved a walk with my things. Launched my boat at Carribean club with a short ride back to the property. Boat fit perfect in back yard dock. Had no trouble getting my trailer in and parked without my boat. I did have to disconnect the trailer and swing it around but not big deal. The house was more very comfortable. Hot tub was great. Watching the dolphins jump and get fed each day is a bonus. It's like a part of the back yard. Manatees came into our dock space both evenings right under my boat parked there. Charted the waters because it was my first time on the bay side. Everything is 8 feet or less for 20 miles. I had no trouble navigating it since it hardly got below 6 feet anywhere I was cruising. Ended up dropping anchor in grouper creek and fishing with frozen cut bait. We soon dicovered why it had this name because we caught so many grouper that we lost count. Drift through until you get bites then go anchor there. Was one of our best trips fishing ever! Catching grouper in 8 feet of water was crazy. Probably more than 30 fish in 4 hours between 3 of us fishing.
Back at the house there was everything we needed to clean and cook our catch but there was no cleaning station for the fish. I would add that somewhere along the basin wall where the water hose will reach. I did fine on the deck but at 61 years old was work doing it on the ground. Used the scaps to chum the basin where my boat was and the next morning we had snappers and cudas by the loads in there. So, I put on my snorkel to go have a look. Was beautiful but cold this time of year. Next year we plan to do this mid summer and spend a whole week rather than 2 days.
We did pull the 2 seater kyak out for a spin. Was great!
Diane was supper to work with and very helpful and responsive to my questions.
Thank you Diane.

Great finish to our Florida trip, made all the more special with the arrival of two, yes two, manatees that swam into our private dock on our last morning. What a treat! The property was perfect for our needs, especially the kayaks to paddle out to see more manatees and the gorgeous surroundings.

Awesome dock to park the boat and huge yard almost needed a cart to haul stuff to the boat. House was clean and exactly like the pictures. Will rent again … side note do not pull ur boat down the driveway no place to turn around!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We brought our 20 ft pontoon boat and it fit perfectly in the dock area. Plan to launch before going to the property. There is not enough room to maneuver a large truck and boat. We got the boat trailer in though. The house is older but adorable. We spent most of our time in the water when we are in the Keys. Short boat ride to Molasses Reef in the east side to scuba or Nest Key on the bay side to hang out in the sand and water. The view is amazing from sun up to sun down. The sunsets are breathtaking just don’t forget the bug spray. The dolphins next door were also fun to watch. Thanks for a cozy stay. We will return.

Convenient, clean, quiet at night and private during the day, and right on the water. What more could you want?

The property is amazing! Exactly as described. We trailered our 19 ft boat and was able to dock it at the property the whole time. No boat ramp on the property but public ramps close by. Diane was great and house was immaculate and has a nice flow. Perfect for 2 couples. Loved every minute there!!

This place is perfect, everything was exactly as listed and more. With the dolphins next door, right on the water, so much wildlife. The sunsets are right out of a postcard. So many wonderful places to eat and we really felt at home. It was hard to leave. Would definitely stay here again..

Just returning from two weeks in this wonderful Paradise. The huge tropical garden is unique and very well equipped with sunbeds, Florida chairs and a large dining table. With „Dolphin Plus“ right next door you always have the chance to hear the dolphins taking a deep breath emerging from the water or to have a look over the fence to watch them. We used the Kayaks nearly every day and saw a dolphin nearby as well as a manatee.
Every room in the house as well very good equipped and lovely decorated and the screened porch is a nice alternative in case of a short rain shower. But most of the time we stayed outside and enjoyed the sun and the light breeze hearing the palms whispering.
To make it short: We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the foreseeable future!

This is the first time that I found a property to be as good as the photos. The property is wonderful, right on the bay with the best sun set views! The house is clean, functional and just the right size. The property manager was very responsive. Could not have been happier staying here.
