El personal fue muy simpático y atento. Nos ofrecieron desayuno aún sin estar incluido, las instalaciones comunes y la terraza están genial.
El baño fuera de la habitación. Evidentemente al estar en el centro no tiene parking y el más cercano vale 30€ el día.

I appreciated my stay in Napoli. The owner’s mother was very nice and welcoming, and the cleaning person we met on the second day was also pleasant. We were especially thankful for the early check-in, which was really helpful.
We were very disappointed by several issues during our stay. When we arrived, the apartment was freezing, with all doors and windows open. Since our room was separate from the bathroom, we heard every noise from the street and building, making it impossible to sleep. We asked about the cold, and while the owner’s mother gave us one extra blanket, it was still freezing, and both of us caught a cold. The next morning, starting at 6 a.m., guests kept coming, opening and closing the door repeatedly, which kept us awake. The bathroom also had a water leak, and a bad odor from the toilet made the stay really uncomfortable, especially since it was right by our sleeping area. When I reached out to Claudia, the owner, and asked for at least a partial refund, I was shocked by her response. In an Italian message, she accused us of blackmail and said our request was absurd. She claimed they acted quickly, and that we were just being too demanding, suggesting that if we wanted better comfort, we should go to a luxury hotel. As a long-time Booking.com user, I was stunned by the rudeness. Even the cleaning staff mentioned the water issue still wasn’t fixed. The owner never apologized and just dismissed our concerns as if we were being greedy. It was a really upsetting experience.
