Has computer chair and desk, everything you need for cooking and AC that works good. All very comfortable for the low price.

Excellent flat; spacious, minimalist/elegant design and super clean. Very quiet, ideal also for remote working. Superb internet speed. The kitchen had its own little ambience, backing onto bananas trees outside the back door. Nice bird sounds in the morning! It provided all you need for quick lunch/breackfast. The two bedrooms are a decent size with good wardrobe space and comfortable beds. The flat is 6-7 minutes away by scooter from a very nice white sandy beach and, during our stay, aquamarine water (end part of Lipa Noi beach) and other beaches for great sunsets with super aperitifs/dinners. The flat is also 6-7 minutes away by scooter from grocery shops,fish and fruit market. Last not least the professional and friendly, responsive, hospitality of Dominic and Gigì! Thank you! It was a pity that we did not actually manage to BBQ shrimps from the market on the patio. For that we need to return :-)

Un appartamento grande, esteticamente bello e con un fornello elettrico ed un barbecue sul portico. Zona silenziosa e sicura. La notte non ci sono rumori. Il gestore è molto gentile ed ha assecondato le nostre richieste velocemente durante il nostro alloggio. Cuscini comodi, smart TV funzionante, buona illuminazione naturale. Per muoversi serve il motorino, perché Grab è un po' più caro sull'isola che sulla terraferma. Il gestore ci ha messo in contatto con una donna che vive vicino e ci ha portato un motorino da 400 baht al giorno.. è stato perfetto, non ci sono stati problemi. Affitta anche le macchine.
I letti sono un po' duri, ma a qualcuno piacciono così immagino. Nel momento in cui ci siamo state, a gennaio 2026, il bagno ha un leggero odore per cui bisogna lasciare le porte e le finestre aperte.
