The villa itself is beautiful tastefully decorated, minimalist, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The staff are lovely, helpful, and accommodating when present, although they are not always available at the villa, so I would recommend messaging them in advance if you need anything. Overall, a gorgeous villa and a lovely stay, with just a few accessibility and practical points to keep in mind.
The main downside is the access from the marina: the road is unfinished, quite chaotic, poorly lit, and has very limited space for cars. I often used a scooter, but as a woman travelling alone, I didn’t feel particularly safe at night and sometimes asked my Grab driver to accompany me all the way to the entrance. One small practical point: the shower is an open rainfall-style shower, so bring a shower cap if you don’t want to get your hair wet.

Beautiful air conditioned rooms. So comfy and clean!
Only 4 sinners but usually it was ok as not many people hung around the pool. There was only one day I didn’t get a bed all day.

Beautiful pool
It's located within a long alley on the side of a street which is also absolutely pitch black at night with 0 illumination plus a bumpy road, when I told this to the guy who “checked me in” and disappeared in about 15 seconds the first time, who directly and indirectly made it very clear that he wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible, he then brushed me off with basically “all guests go through the creepy alley here” then disappeared into the darkness again
There's no table in the room besides the nightstands, no TV, they put big and useless items like a ladder and a gigantic vase in the room so that you can have LESS space for your luggage and yourself, the mirror in front of the bed was so big it looked like the Dark Portal from World of Warcraft
The pillows were musty, the sheets were luckily clean, the shower stream was weak, the showerhead was fixed to the ceiling so I'd imagine the maintenance would be hard, maybe that's what the ladder is for. The ground in the shower looks like the aftermath of an air strike
