Everything was exceptional. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Higashi-Shinjuku Station with easy access to Shinjuku and other major attractions. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Close to everything. The location was excellent — just about 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku downtown, with everything easily accessible from there.
A pretty small place for a group of 4 with big big luggages.
A couple of practical things for future guests: the towels provided were not full size, pretty thin, and didn’t smell fresh. We stayed 4 days and weren’t given any extra or replacement towels, so it might be worth packing a travel towel as backup or asking the host in advance if extras are available.
Despite these small issues, the location made the stay convenient overall.

Genoeg ruimte voor gezin met 1 volwassene en 2 kinderen. Comfortabel bed. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie.
Heel veel geluid van het verkeer, wakker worden door sirenes. Het is ouder dan op de foto’s met kleine beschadigingen.
