Confortável, a cama e o chuveiro são muito bons,com amenidades necessárias,tinha de tudo, chaleira elétrica , microondas, geladeira, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar,lencinho, toalhas. tudo muito prático.
Quanto a localização, fica num lugar bem agitado com bares e vida noturna, se quiser dá pra dar um rolê à pé. Tem tudo perto, estacionamentos, lojas de conveniência, farmácia, mercado, lojas.
Eu só senti falta de um tapetinho no banheiro. O hóspede no apartamento ao lado estava cantando muito alto e ouvindo rock na varanda as 2 da manhã, mas as paredes são grossas e com a janela fechada foi resolvido.

La ubicación cerca del centro de Shinjuku, el barrio Coreano y metro/buses. Amplio para ser Japón, con las dos camas grandes y el baño.

L'hébergement est vraiment bien placé en plein centre. Les magasins et restaurants sont à proximité. Le logement était propre. Il est cependant petit mais bien pensé malgré tout. Un grand espace de rangement est présent. Mais il ne faut pas venir avec des valises, plutôt des sacs.
La machine à laver est un vrai plus. Le produit est fourni. On peut faire sécher sur des cintres sur la terrasse.
Il faut savoir que ce n'est pas un hôtel contrairement au nom qui le laisse penser. Il n'y a pas les services de l'hôtel: pas de nettoyage de chambre, pas de changements de serviette. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé.
Il faut prévenir de l'heure d'arrivée et quelqu'un vient nous accueillir.
Les arrêts de métro sont vraiment à proximité.
Endroit pour le petit déjeuner à deux pas.
Les lits sont très petits pour 2 personnes. Je pense que c'était 130cm... Pour une personne c'est nickel... pour deux, ça pourrait déranger. Nous étions 3. Il y a eu un chançard...😉

Location was good and walkable to main station and other nice areas around. Away from the main tourist street so it was a lot more quiet. Also good amenities around.
Cleanliness was really bad. The bathroom still has beard trimmings around the sink, the cupboards were extremely dusty and the kitchen utensils had not been cleaned and had someone's previous food on it that had dried up. The whole room was very dusty and I don't think it was checked before hand before handing the keys to the next guest, it really put me off but I was only there for 4 days so just dealt with it. The best mattress was also very uncomfortable. Also no bidet, not the end of the world but I've been cheaper apartments that come with one.
