Spacious, clean, tidy. Good outside area. Clean pool. Quiet area. Great location for supermarkets. Great for families.
Only little niggles, that may improve the next visitors experience!
Not enough sunlounger for number of guests,
Having to take rubbish away from villa., we were not given directions for the street bins, the ones we found were by the bus station. So 5 minute walk with rubbish bags.
Down stairs bedroom, could have done with seat for dressing table. Another towel rail and toilet holder,
Maybe a kettle, or drink machine in washing machine/ utility area as if you needed a hot drink, it was an inconvenience in the night, for the couple in the ground floor bedroom to go upstairs, unlock doors to get a drink.
Only 2 keys, which wouldn’t have been an issue if you could lock the doors on the inside without using a key. When one couple went out for the night, it was either the main house or ground floor bedroom had to be locked in with no chance of getting out if needed.

Well equipped. Lovely barbecue area, kitchen was well kitted out, pool was lovely. The additional facility of a downstairs bathroom and bedroom was excellent.
Bedrooms not big enough to have a dressing table or anywhere to put toiletries, make up etc. Not big enough to store cases out of the way.
The fans were operated by remote control and all linked, so turning one on would alter the setting on another fan in another bedroom.
Outside area was unclean when we arrived….. used plasters on the floor, cigarette end in the outside sink and broken glass on the floor.

Dit huis was perfect. We waren met 6 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Het huis was bij aankomst brandschoon, de keuken had alle benodigdheden (zelfs 3 soorten koffieapparaten) en het zwembad was heerlijk. De Lidl is op steenworp afstand (3 min lopen) wat super fijn was voor de boodschappen. We hebben genoten van de buitenkeuken, maar in het centrum uit eten is ook super makkelijk. Het centrum is prima op loopafstand, al is het wel een beetje heuvelachtig.

Fabulous villa very secure with locking gates all round. Great location 5 minute walk to Lidl 10 minutes to Mercadona supermarket. 20 ish minutes to the beach front. Everything you need I couldn’t fault it. Plenty of space for all. Kitchen very well equipped with a little welcome pack with a few essentials to get started and even a bottle of wine.
Parking was great we had a large 7 seater and as long as you drop down off the main top road no issues at all just take your time.
We certainly made the most of the pool, BBQ area etc. Just a perfect holiday making memories with our family.
Just the air conditioning was on a 2 hour timer I understand it wouldn’t be economical to leave on if not there but if warm at night you would need to get up and press the switch. Although there were large ceiling fans in all rooms.
