Molto ampio l’appartamenti e tutta molto funzionale e moderna

Location was great, the apartment was enough for 3 people, the area was nice as well, we were close to the center. The host was really nice, helpful and responsive all the time.
The sofa wasn’t comfortable and it is not good for sleeping. What we didn’t like is that we had cockroaches in the apartment and there were no extra trash bags left and not enough dish soap. There was a dishwasher and liquid for the machine but we didn’t have the need to use it. Overall for 2 people, apartment is great but for 3 not really.

Me gustó todo, muy bien arreglado y amueblado, nuevo, moderno, funcional. Muy cómodo, bien situado cercano al centro, no le faltaba de nada (frigorífico, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, tostador, lavadora, secadora, secador de pelo, calentador para el baño, menaje completo…). Todo súper limpio. Una pequeña piscina, no para nadar pero sí para refrescarte del calor valenciano. Muy tranquilo, sin ruidos.
Relación calidad precio excelente y el propietario encantador, te ayuda en lo que necesites sin problema.
Sin duda muy aconsejable y para repetir cada vez que vuelva.

Clean. Bed comfortable. Double glazing in the bedroom effective as it’s street level on a busy road, but when the window is closed the noise is less. Tv connects to major networks. Walking distance to the town. I love Valencia!
Although the first line of the advert says this apartment has a private pool it doesn’t. There are two apartments. They share a main front door ( very nosy when being opened and closed which disturbs you if you are in the first apartment adjacent to the street. ) The guests of the apartment with the two windows walk past your door to get in and out. The patio doors open onto the shared terrace and shared pool. These also look directly into the windows of the other apartment. We kept the curtains closed, which made the apartment dark. We didn’t use the terrace as it’s odd to share with one other family/couple. During our visit it was a family of four in the other apartment, they didn’t adhere to the quiet times and we had disturbed sleep every night. We left a night early due to this.
We only found out this area is shared when we were given pool times…. Which are also the same as the times for the other apartment.
All very misleading. It is also not a swimming pool as advertised. And the waterfall wasn’t running at all, the water looked dirty even if you did choose to use it. The advert is not accurate and I have asked booking.com to get this changed but am awaiting reply.
Bathroom accessories like toilet roll holder and shower head tired and broken.
Shelving in kitchen and shower head very high and all difficult to reach ( says accessible and wheelchair friendly…. Not sure how you’d manage???)
If you’re happy to share go for it, if you like OR EXPECT PRIVACY this is not the place for you.
